NAI Hiffman negotiates a sale for the United States Postal Service

Oakbrook Terrace-based NAI Hiffman negotiated the sale of one property and three pieces of vacant land totaling 582,920 square feet on behalf of the United States Postal Service. The USPS retained Heightstown, New York-based the New American International (NAI) affiliation for dispositions nationwide which to date has completed 300.
The Court Group, an Oak Park-based architecture firm, bought two vacant land parcels creating a 28,000 square foot triangular piece in the 1000 block of Garfield Boulevard, Oak Park, for the construction of new office space. Read more
