NAI HIFFMAN BROKERS $4.45 MILLION RETAIL SALE

GENEVA, ILL. — NAI Hiffman’s Retail Services Group has brokered the sale of an 18,000-square-foot retail building located at 501 W. State St. in downtown Geneva. Hermosa Beach, Calif.-based American Investment Exchange has acquired from property from St. Charles, Ill.-based SRB Properties for $4.45 million. Tenants at the two-story building include Private Bank and Trust, ERA Consulting, and Prana Yoga. Anne Callard of NAI Hiffman represented the seller in the transaction.

NAI HIFFMAN BROKERS 71,489-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE SALE

CHICAGO — NAI Hiffman has brokered the investment sale of a seven-story office building located at 180 N. Wacker Dr. in Chicago. Marc Realty has acquired the facility from a local private investment group for an undisclosed amount. Tenants at the 71,489-square-foot building include Hogan Marren Ltd., Coogan’s Riverside Saloon, Hitchcock Design Group, HTAH Law and FSNB Private Bank. Chad Firsel, Art Burrows and John Bullen of NAI Hiffman’s Investment Services Group represented both parties in the transaction.

NAI Hiffman brokers two retail deals in Chicago

NAI Hiffman has announced two leases at The Gammonley Group’s 757 Orleans mixed-use development in Chicago.
Walgreens has signed a 20-year lease and will soon open a new 11,335 square foot drugstore in the ground floor of 757 Orleans in the River North neighborhood. The drugstore will comprise most of the 13,800 square foot retail portion of the building. The residential portion will have 22 floors with 198 condominium units.
Taking another 308 square feet of the retail space at 757 N. Orleans is Bank of America, which has leased the corner vestibule next to Walgreens.
P. Scott Janos, an associate with the Retail Services Group at NAI Hiffman, represented The Gammonley Group in both transactions.
